Qualification Hero MotoCorp Off Campus Drive 2025 :

• BE/ BTech in Mechanical/Automotive/Mechatronics
• Interested or experienced in data logging systems and data analysis

Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of advanced automotive chassis systems.
• Ready to support team members in accomplishing the team goals and tasks
• Innovation- ideation of new part and system concepts.
• Drive for results- Willing to strive to deliver tasks on time with quality.
• Good motorcycle riding skills will be valued.
• High communication skills.
• Adaptability, self-motivation.
• Innovative thinking and capability to leverage technologies.
• Strong sense of achievement and ownership.
• Openness to new approaches, high flexibility.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinating, preparing, performing and/or supervising of chassis functional development activities.
• Engineering analysis of test results (both objective data and subjective feedback from test riders) to provide chassis development direction to achieve
• outstanding vehicle riding experiences.
• Maintain project delivery based on Quality/Cost/Time.
• Management of reporting system to ensure appropriate documentation of chassis development activities is provided within the projects timelines.
• Management of section assets to ensure project timelines according to set priorities.
• Preparation and updating of SOPs and STPs for functional development activities
